Closed Android

Use supported built-in apps. RC35 is not an open Android tablet and does not support arbitrary Google Play app installation.

Online apps need internet

Connect RC35 to Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot before using online video apps.

Navigation is phone-based

Use navigation through CarPlay or Android Auto rather than treating RC35 like an open Android navigation tablet.

720P wired rear camera

The rear camera uses a wired connection. Do not treat it as a wireless backup camera.

What is not working?

Use the shortest path to isolate the problem. If the issue remains after these checks, contact support.

Rear camera has no image

  1. Check the cable Make sure camera cable connections are fully seated.
  2. Inspect for damage Look for loose/pinched/damaged cable sections.
  3. Restart once Power cycle once after checking connections.
  4. Still no image? Send photos of connections and screen to support.

What does Closed Android mean?

RC35 runs supported built-in apps but is not an open Android tablet.

Can I install apps from Google Play?

No. RC35 does not support arbitrary Android app installation from Google Play.

Availability can vary by software version and production batch. Check the apps shown on your unit.

Do built-in video apps need internet?

Yes. Connect RC35 to Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot.

How do I connect my iPhone or Android phone?

Can I use Google Maps directly on RC35?

Use navigation through the connected phone via CarPlay or Android Auto.

Why is there no sound?

Check RC35 audio output and the matching vehicle input. RC35 supports Speaker, Bluetooth, FM and AUX.

Why is FM not working correctly?

Use the original car charger and set RC35 and the car radio to the same unused FM frequency.

What if the rear camera shows no image?

Check camera cable connections, restart once, then contact support if the image is still missing.

Is RC35 10.1 inches or 11 inches?

The RC35 display is 10.1 inches with 1280×800 resolution.

What if RC35 smells burnt or becomes abnormally hot?

Stop using it, disconnect power safely and contact support.

Does RC35 support split screen?

No. RC35 does not support split-screen display.
