⚠️ Shipping Delays

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

To Modify Your Address:

  • Contact us within 24 hours after placing the order
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can usually be canceled within 24 hours before shipment
  • Once the package has shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • Customers may still request a return after receiving the package according to our Return & Refund Policy
