For any product purchased at LAMTTO, regardless of the reason, you can return it within 30 days of the date you received the product and receive a full refund or a free replacement. Please review the complete terms below.

  • Proof of purchase required — Order number, receipt, or order confirmation email
  • All accessories included — Unopened or in new condition
  • Original packaging — Must be undamaged

Quality issue LAMTTO We provide prepaid return label. Full refund upon receipt.
Non-quality issue Customer Customer pays return shipping. Product cost refunded only.

Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request
Provide your order number and describe the issue

Step 2: Provide Evidence
Submit descriptions, photos, or videos of defective products

Step 3: Quality Inspection
Our tech team reviews within 24 working hours. If approved, we send return label and warehouse address.

Step 4: Return & Refund
Ship to provided address with tracking number. Refund to original account within 1-2 working days after we receive the item.

Note: For items purchased not directly through the LAMTTO online store, please contact the retailer for return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: Contact us via email or phone. We can cancel without liability and provide a full refund.

After Shipment: Orders with tracking numbers or "Complete" status cannot be canceled. Please wait to receive the item, then request a 30-day unconditional return.

Quality Issues (LAMTTO pays):

  • Product damage during shipping
  • Quality defects during use
  • Item not as described

Non-Quality Returns (Customer pays):

  • Changed mind
  • Ordered wrong item
  • Other personal reasons

Exchange Policy: We send a brand new replacement within 1-2 working days after receiving your return. LAMTTO covers the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
