🔒 Extended Warranty with Xcotton
Add Extra Protection at Checkout
You can add accident protection offered by Xcotton (Partner with AIG) when placing your order. This extended warranty service is provided and covered by Xcotton.
What you get:
- ✓ LAMTTO's standard warranty (1 year)
- ✓ Additional extended warranty from Xcotton (based on your selected coverage period)
Full Coverage Protection: If your product is damaged during the extended warranty period, Xcotton will provide full compensation according to the coverage terms you purchased.

📋 1-Year Limited Warranty
LAMTTO provides a 1-year warranty for products purchased from the official store. This warranty applies to LAMTTO products, including CarPlay screens and dash cams. Please note that this does not apply to freebies sent by LAMTTO.
If the product is faulty, you can return it within 30 days. See our Refund and Return Policy for the process.
🛡️ Warranty Details
- The warranty period is 1 year from the date you receive the product.
- Replacement cameras are warranted for the remaining warranty period from the date of original purchase.
- During the warranty period, LAMTTO may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component with new or refurbished products or parts.
- If a product or component is no longer available, LAMTTO may replace it with a similar product having similar functionality.
- The product only has the remaining warranty period from the date you receive the repaired product. The warranty period will not be extended due to repairs.
- The warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects. Defects do not include intentional or unintentional damage.

| ✗ Products repaired by third parties |
| ✗ Second-hand products |
| ✗ Acts of God (lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes) |
| ✗ Consumable parts including batteries (unless damage is caused by defects in materials or workmanship) |
📝 How to Apply for Warranty?

| 2 | Describe the warranty issue. LAMTTO will provide the warehouse address. |
| 3 | Ship the product to the warehouse address and provide us with the tracking number. |
| 4 | After the warehouse receives your return, our technicians will repair the product. We will resend the repaired product to you within 1-5 working days. |
💰 Warranty Fee
- ✓ We provide 1 year of free maintenance service during the warranty period.
- ✗ After the 1-year warranty period, repair fees may apply.
- ✗ The cost of shipping the faulty product to us and return shipping must be borne by the customer. LAMTTO does not cover return shipping costs.
