Up until now, I had only ever mounted my iPhone on a cell phone holder, which is not ideal for the cell phone camera. So I was looking for a CarPlay system that I could use to connect my iPhone and then use navigation, Spotify, etc.

The installation was quite easy and the cables are long enough to get to everywhere and to lay them properly.
For the power supply, the system combines permanent plus, ground and ignition plus.
This is quite simple because you can simply take the permanent plus and ground from the battery and the ACC cable (ignition plus) is best taken from the fuse box, which supplies the low beam with power.

The picture quality is great and connecting it to the iPhone was also quite easy.
The remote control, which you can attach directly to the handle, is also just good. This means you can control the CarPlay system without taking your hand off the handlebars.
I can really only recommend it here.

I bought it as an alternative to my phone on the handlebars.
I have to say I'm totally surprised by the quality for this price.
The front and rear cameras are mega. I actually use the rear camera as a rear view mirror as you can see a lot more than just the mirrors alone.
It also records the whole ride in 1 minute increments which makes it really easy to find a clip of something that happened, you just have to look for the clip with the timestamp.
The quality is also great for making videos of your day and sharing with friends.
I have an intercom in my helmet which allows me to listen to Whatsapp messages, make or receive calls or just listen to music whether it's radio, Spotify or my own playlist.
Navigation runs through your preferred phone app, I use either Maps or Calimoto for motorcycles and it works without a hitch.
I bought a second unit for my wife's scooter.

It's really unbelievable that I haven't bought something like this before. In cars, you're usually used to having a monitor with a navigation device in newer models and maybe even a rear view camera or dashcam. But the concept for a motorcycle is amazingly good. Unfortunately, the installation takes ages because, like the battery in a motorcycle, you have to connect everything and then lay the cables so that it doesn't interfere with steering or driving. Once everything is ready, you can't imagine life without it. Simply a front and rear view camera including cell phone mirroring with a navigation device, CarPlay and other great settings. The display is absolutely easy to read in the sun, I haven't had any problems with it. The monitor really is an added value for any motorcycle. Waterproofing is also the order of the day, which is definitely an advantage on a motorcycle. All in all, you can safely use it on high-quality electric scooters, but it's best used on motorcycles. Then you save yourself an expensive mount with anti-vibration for the cell phone and, if you're unlucky, you'll ruin the camera.

The Lamto motorcycle Carplay offers a nice display with a capacitive touchscreen.

The range of functions beyond Android Auto and Apple Carplay includes the playback of recorded videos, settings regarding image quality and other basic settings.

An SD card is included in the delivery and built into the device. This allows you to record plenty of trips effortlessly. The videos can be transferred directly to your cell phone using the app or manually by plugging the SD card into the computer.

I like the workmanship! Everything seems to be rain and splash-proof (in the settings there is also a rain mode that is supposed to minimize faulty inputs in wet conditions).
Mounting on the handlebars is quick and easy!

購入して3ヶ月使用したところ、ある日急にcarplay機能が使えなくなりました。いつも使っているスマホはiPhone12pro Maxでバージョンは17.6です。本体とのBluetooth接続は特に問題ありませんが、iPhone側では「コンテンツが使用できません」のポップアップが出ており、本体側ではナビのマップやmusicのコンテンツが表示されません。
ドライブレコーダー機能は問題なく使えます。

ナビとして使いやすくて結構気に入ったが、本当に残念です。
