Return and Refund Policy

For any product purchased at Lamtto, regardless of the reason, you can return it within 30 days of the date you received the product and receive a full refund or a free replacement. For better service, please see the complete terms of this policy below.

Return and refund conditions

  1. Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase. For example: receipt and order number, order confirmation email, etc.
  2. Returns must include all accessories and gifts that are unopened or in new condition.
  3. Items must contain original, undamaged packaging.
  4. For returns that are not caused by product quality problems, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods to the warehouse, and Lamtto will refund the cost of the product itself.
  5. Lamtto will bear the cost of returns due to quality problems, and customers do not need to bear the return shipping costs. Lamtto will provide customers with a prepaid return label, and customers can return the goods to the warehouse and receive a full refund when the warehouse receives the goods.

Return and refund process/steps

Step 1. The buyer must provide us with the order number for the online purchase.

Step 2. Lamtto requires buyers to provide descriptions, pictures, or videos of defective products.

Step 3. The defective products provided require quality judgment and inspection by our technical staff. Lamtto customer service will contact you within 24 working hours to confirm whether it is a product quality problem. Customer service will send the customer a return label and the nearest warehouse address based on the customer's address.

Step 4. Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide the customer service with the courier tracking number. After we receive the goods, we will refund the full amount to your original account within 1-2 working days.

NOTE: For items purchased not directly through the Lamtto online store, please contact the retailer for a return or refund.

How to cancel an order?

Please contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. We can cancel your order without any liability to you and we will provide you with a full refund.
Generally speaking, orders that have been shipped (you have received a tracking number or the order status is "Complete") cannot be canceled. If you still need to cancel. Please contact us after receiving the goods, and we can provide you with a 30-day unconditional refund.

Return/Exchange Fees

For returns due to product quality problems, such as product damage during transportation, quality problems during use, inconsistent description, etc., Lamtto will provide you with return shipping costs and bear the return shipping costs. Sellers do not need to bear shipping costs.

For returns that are not due to product quality issues, you will be responsible for the cost of returning those items.

If you need to exchange an item, we will send you a brand new exchange product within 1-2 working days after the warehouse receives your return. Lamtto bears the cost of sending a replacement product to the customer. Sellers do not need to bear shipping costs.

After receiving your return request email, Lamtto will process your request within 1-2 working days. If your return request meets Lamtto's return standards, customer service will provide the return warehouse address.

Refund or exchange processing time

You need to provide Lamtto with the tracking number and carrier information after returning the goods. After Lamtto receives the returned product, a refund or exchange will be made to your original payment account within 1-2 working days.

Refund amount

Within the scope of the return policy and warranty policy, we will refund the cost of the product in the event of a return.

Can I still get a refund after 30 days?

30-day money-back guarantee

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of making a warranty claim. After this 30-day window, refunds for quality issues can still be processed, but for non-quality issues, Lamtto will not be able to process product refunds beyond this time frame.

If there is a product quality problem, you can still initiate a return or exchange request after more than 30 days. However, we do not bear the return shipping and exchange shipping charges for the product. You need to bear the shipping costs yourself. You can still get a full refund after the goods are returned to the warehouse.
