How will the order be processed?

  1. Standard orders: Except for pre-orders, we process and ship within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  2. Pre-order: Once it arrives, we will ship it within 1-2 working days and notify you via email.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number within 1-2 working days. Please visit "17TRACK"(https://t.17track.net) and enter your logistics tracking number to track your order in real-time.

If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, please contact our support team via email (support@lamtto.com)

We use reputable express services such as FBA/DHL Express, USPS, Canada Post, and other shipping methods. Shipping fees

All our orders come with free shipping and we will cover all customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes at no cost to the customer.

Transportation time

Order processing time is 1-2 business days after you place your order. We will select a warehouse close to the customer for delivery based on the customer's address. Depending on your geographical location, the delivery time is usually 3-15 working days.

Note: Delivery time depends on the address specified on the order. In addition, due to local holidays, weather effects, policies, logistics and transportation, and other irresistible factors, the receipt time may be delayed, please be patient. Any delivery dates we provide are only our best estimates. Please calculate the estimated delivery time based on the actual local shipping policy. If there is no logistics update for up to 1 month during the delivery period, we will reship the item for you. The cost of re-delivery is borne by Lamtto at no cost to the customer.

How to modify an order?

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@lamtto.com within 24 hours before your order ships.

Change my shipping address or cancel the order process

Step 1: Please contact us via email first: at support@lamtto.com and provide us with your order number.

Step 2: Please send us your request via email. If you need to cancel an order, please inform us directly. If you need to change your shipping address, please provide us with the correct address.

After receiving your order cancellation request email, Lamtto will process your request within 1-2 working days. All refunds will be made to the original account via the same method used for payment for the purchase. Please pay attention to changes in your account amount.

Generally speaking, once an order has shipped (i.e. received tracking number or order status is "Complete"), it is not possible to change the address or cancel the order. If you still need to cancel. Please contact us after receiving the goods, we can provide you with a 30-day unconditional refund. (See Return And Refund Policy)

What should I do if the address is incorrect but the product has been shipped?

If a package is returned because the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you immediately to make corrections and the package will be reshipped for you, but you will need to pay additional shipping charges. It is recommended to carefully check the delivery address when placing an order.

Unable to ship due to out-of-stock

If the product you ordered is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone within 1-2 days (working days). We will let you know the estimated delivery time or if you are willing to accept an exchange, if you are not satisfied you will have the right to cancel your order without any liability and we will provide you with a full refund.
