tracking your package?
Choose the issue that matches what you see. Most tracking problems are temporary and resolve automatically.
01I haven’t received a tracking number.
Check your shipping confirmation email and spam folder first. Tracking is normally sent after the package ships, usually within 1–2 business days. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.
02My tracking number is not working.
A newly created tracking number may need 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier system. Confirm that the complete number was entered without extra spaces, then try again later.
03My package has not moved for several days.
Updates can pause during customs clearance, weekends, peak seasons or severe weather. The package may still be moving between scan points. If the status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact support with your order and tracking numbers.
