Navigation is displayed from your connected phone through CarPlay or Android Auto.
Netflix mirroring is not supported

No split-screen display
RC37 does not support split-screen display.

CarPlay / Android Auto will not connect
- Clear old pairing Delete old RC37 Bluetooth/Wi-Fi pairing records.
- Restart both devices Restart the phone and RC37 once.
- Reconnect Open CarPlay or Android Auto with phone Bluetooth + Wi-Fi enabled.
- Still failing? Contact support with phone model, OS version and vehicle details.

How do I connect my iPhone?
Use V01 Quick Setup: open CarPlay on RC37, keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on the iPhone, and follow the on-screen pairing prompts.
How do I connect an Android phone?
Use V01 Quick Setup: open Android Auto on RC37, keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, and follow the pairing prompts.
Does RC37 have built-in GPS navigation?
Navigation comes from your connected phone through CarPlay or Android Auto.
Why is there no sound from my car speakers?
Check the selected RC37 audio output and the matching vehicle input. RC37 supports built-in speaker, Bluetooth, FM and AUX.
Why does CarPlay or Android Auto keep disconnecting?
Clear old pairing, restart both devices and reconnect. If it continues, contact support with phone and vehicle details.
Can I watch videos on RC37?
When parked, RC37 supports Super Link and compatible phone-based content. Availability depends on the phone, app and provider.
Does Netflix work with screen mirroring?
Netflix screen mirroring is not supported.
Why does a streaming app play audio but no video?
DRM/content protection can block mirroring. This does not necessarily mean the RC37 hardware is defective.
Is the display 10.1 inches or 11 inches?
The RC37 active display is 10.1 inches.
What if RC37 blocks my view?
Move it before securing the mount. It should not block the road, gauges or controls.
Does RC37 support split screen?
No. RC37 does not support split-screen display.
