Why is an auxiliary power cable included?

Some vehicle USB ports do not provide enough stable power for an AI box. The included Y cable can provide supplemental power when required.

Do I need a SIM card?

No SIM is needed for wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, phone mirroring, or offline use. A compatible activated data SIM and plan are required for RC31's standalone 5G/4G connection. You may also use a phone hotspot where supported.

Can I watch Netflix or YouTube while driving?

Video features are intended only while the vehicle is safely parked or for passenger use where permitted. The driver must follow local laws and keep full attention on driving.

Does RC31 replace my factory system?

No. RC31 connects through your factory wired CarPlay interface and uses your existing screen and controls. Disconnect it to return to normal factory operation.
